1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ToolzAI ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

ToolzAI provides AI-powered and client-side image processing tools including background removal, image enhancement, colorization, format conversion, resizing, shape cropping, metadata viewing, YouTube thumbnail creation, and video prompt generation.

3. User Accounts

  • You may use some tools without creating an account (anonymous mode with limited credits).
  • Creating an account requires signing in with a Google account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
  • One account per person. Multiple accounts may be terminated.

4. Credits & Usage Limits

  • Anonymous users: 3 AI credits per day
  • Free accounts: 5 AI credits per day
  • Basic plan: 50 AI credits per month (₹199/month)
  • Pro plan: Unlimited AI credits (₹499/month)
  • Client-side tools are always free and unlimited for all users.
  • Credits reset daily at midnight IST for free plans, monthly for Basic plans.

5. Payments & Subscriptions

  • Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly through Razorpay.
  • All prices are in Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the billing period.
  • Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase if you are not satisfied.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Upload illegal, harmful, or NSFW content
  • Use the Service to process images you don't have rights to
  • Attempt to bypass credit limits or abuse the system
  • Use automated tools or bots to access the Service
  • Resell or redistribute processed images commercially without permission

7. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of your uploaded images. ToolzAI does not claim any rights over your images. Processed images are yours to use as you wish, subject to these terms.

8. Watermarks

Free and anonymous users will see a small "toolzai.com" watermark on AI-processed images. Basic and Pro users receive watermark-free downloads.

9. Content Locker

Free users may be required to complete a brief action (watch a short video, share on social media, or complete a quick task) before downloading AI-processed images. This helps us maintain the service for free. Paid users have direct downloads.

10. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of our tools, including but not limited to loss of data or images.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.
